I design and develop eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, supported by Camtasia video (in which I'm certified) and instructor-led and hybrid training. My work focuses on turning complex technical content into clear, actionable training that improves performance on the job.

In my roles, I’ve led course development, built reusable templates in Storyline and Rise, and managed LMS platforms including Moodle, LearnUpon, and Sana. I regularly collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance, and I’ve delivered training at scale—producing multiple courses per week while maintaining quality and consistency.
