This data center training project is a comprehensive, multi-modal learning package designed to support both self-paced and instructor-led environments. It includes a web-based eLearning module developed in Articulate Rise and Storyline, a virtual instructor-led training (vILT) presentation created in Microsoft PowerPoint with detailed facilitator notes, and a supporting job aid developed in Microsoft Word and delivered as a PDF.
Together, these components demonstrate my ability to design cohesive learning experiences across multiple formats, aligning content, instruction, and performance support to meet diverse learner needs.
